Refund Policy

Effective date: 17 June 2026 — wicknote by lbuibusiness

How the trial and billing work

wicknote is offered as a recurring subscription with a 14-day free trial. Starting the trial requires a valid payment method on file — no charge is made until the trial period ends. This gives you two full weeks to decide whether wicknote fits your workflow at zero cost.

If you cancel before the trial ends, your card is never charged. If you do nothing, the first billing charge occurs automatically on day 15.

7-day money-back window after the first charge

We know life gets busy. If the trial slipped by and you were charged but wicknote is not the right fit, you have 7 days after the first charge to request a full refund — no questions asked. This window is a forgot-to-cancel safety net, not an ongoing guarantee.

After the 7-day window closes, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
